Our 2 separate piece 100% Cotton Flannel Pants are finally here! You asked for it and Doc Mae designed it especially for those that need pants that totally come apart into 2 halves but can be closed up tight again once the patient is positioned properly. On both sides of the waist there is a draw string for the closure for that total comfort. The pant legs outer seams are not sewn together but has 6 VELCRO® brand closures on each side to close the seam up tight. The inner seams are not sewn together as well. It has 9 VELCRO® brand closures to get to all areas needed and makes changing very easy. The pants look nice to get up and walk around as well because Doctor Mae has designed the pants to have the VELCRO® brand closures to all be overlapping in the back for a nice professional sleek look. (Shown here on back of model). Making it very easy to provide access to those needed areas.
 

Weather it's in bed, and you roll the patient to the side, while you slip the bottom pant under the patient, then place the front of the pant on top and close up tight with VELCRO® brand closures or you can place the bottom pant in a chair before patient is lifted into the chair and place the top pant and VELCRO® brand closures up tight again. if you don't need all closures un done before putting them on then leave closed whatever you don't need and just slip them on. Example if you are needing only the inside seam open then leave the outside closures closed. A must have for someone that is going to have surgery, rehab, or just confined to a chair and or bed, paralysis in their legs, depends changing, someone with a catheter, or just needing access to those areas at home and away. It is very easy for the nurse or caregiver to get total access to those areas. With Doc Mae’s design. Now the patient can remain in their comfortable position and stay nice and warm, while the nurse has access to those needed areas.

 

The pants are made out of 100% cotton flannel and is very warm, soft and comfortable. The pants come in sizes Small, Medium, Large, X-Large & XX-Large. It is also available in XXX-Large although a different material is needed that can accommodate the width. Please pick your color and size below. Doctor Mae recommends that you wash them in cold water and use delicate cycle and add a few tablespoons of vinegar in the water for the first few times to lock in and preserve the color.
