The gown was perfect. The pocket is the right size and in the right position. Thanks for your willingness to customize the gown. When I contacted you initially, and you volunteered to modify the gown, you worked with me to meet all of my priorities Thx again. You helped make this an enjoyable Xmas for my wife and I.We use the G-tube anywhere from 4-8 times a day, for medications and liquid feedings. Similar to how the IV pocket is used in the hospital, being able to feed the tube thru the "Buttonhole" when we first put the gown on, the gown's pocket allows us easy access to the G-tube for feedings and meds without having to open the gown, while the pocket provides a receptacle for the G-tube when it isn't being used. We have used other I.V.Gowns and since the G-tube is typically about 12" long, we are able to feed it up to where the IV Pocket is, but it can be awkward and sometimes causes crimps in the tube that can make it difficult for the meds/liquid food to go down. So locating the pocket where you have, is very convenient for anyone who has a G-tube. I don't think it exists today on any of the gowns I've seen or in the research I've done on the internet. Your gowns are Beautiful and they really work great. Thx again and thx for being so concerned and thoughtful.

I just love your site and what you offer. I bought my mom one of your Bed Jackets with VELCRO® brand closures with matching throw. She usually has trouble with buttons because of her arthritis. She really loves them. She can close the bed jacket herself without any trouble at all. She not only wears it while sitting in bed but she also wears it out shopping too. The nurses there really thought that I discovered a great find with your site. They said they have never seen anything like it before. I was skeptical at first that the bed jacket would work or if it would be sewed well, after all this is the internet and you have to be careful but I have to say I was so happy I took the chance. I want to thank you Doctor Mae for making such a amazing design. I bought your Side Closure Flannel Gown, your Warming Fleece pouch with the nice opening by VELCRO® brand closures at the end so she can get up and walk. I have looked everywhere for a Side closure flannel gown like this but can not find anything quite like this. Mom has Multiple Sclerosis and it is the later stages. She has several tubes that the nurses need access to on a regular basis such as a gastric tube, catheter and is being fed through an I.V. Your design is really ingénues! The nurses and my mom love’s the easy access to everything. It is easier to keep everything clean and the nurses don't have to roll my mom from side to side every time they arrive to do something. The Warming Fleece Pouch even works with the Hoyer lift, so all we do is drop her into it and VELCRO® brand closures it up and she stays warm while she's up in her chair. When the nurses arrive to do or change something, they have instant access and mom stays warm. Thanks again.

Dear Doc Mae,
I never thought in a million years I would need anything like you sell on your site. I read where kids buy these things for there aging parents but my case is the opposite. I am a 22 year old man who was nearly killed in a motorcycle accident when I got hit on the freeway by a drunk driver. I have compound fractures to my right leg, a fractured left ankle, fractured right arm near the wrist and the shoulder socket, fractured pelvis, and fractured right clavicle. I have had two surgeries on my leg and an emergency surgery to remove my spleen. I have been hooked up to tubes and cables for the past two months and will be starting to rehab soon. I was just released from the hospital after six weeks and moved into my parents house into a special bed in their den. I hated these hospital gowns but with all these casts couldn't wear anything else until my parents saw your site on the internet. Now I can at least wear something so I don't feel so exposed which was really embarrassing for me. I can have an I.V. when I need it and can have someone help me get dressed quite easily. I must admit though that I am looking forward to wearing jeans again. But am sure loving my Men’s Side Closure Gown now!

I received your capelet today. I order it in white for my mom. When she tried it on for the first time she looked like an angel to me. She had a stroke awhile back and has been so cold. I ordered your crochet shrug with the back closure gown. Your picture does not do it justice at all!!! It is so pretty in person. The length is longer past the knees and I am able to bend over and sit down in the chair and it will not go way up like those other ones!!! It is so comfortable too. Thank you very much Doctor Mae for the great ortho pads! My mom has M.S and is in bed most of the time now. We have had so much trouble with her feet and ankles.
