would rather not order on line or use Pay Pal to pay, but
would like to send a money order payment instead, just e
mail or phone us and tell us know what you would like to

All items are shipped out between same day and 3 days.
Specialty items are shipped out between 1 - 5 business
days.
Delivery time is usually between 2 –3 days depending on

Shipping rates do not apply to international or
express shipping. There will be an additional charge.
After you purchase the item, we will send you an e mail
and let you know of the additional amount. We
will also send you a link to Pay Pal where you can apply
that to your card.
After you
receive your merchandise you may or may not notice that
the price for shipping may not be the same amount as
what you may have paid. There is additional amounts that
USPS doesn’t attach to the package. Such as, Pay Pal
cost of transaction, cost of gasoline, time, delivery
conformation, phone time, research, insurance and other
cost that would equal to or be over the amount that USPS
attaches to the package for shipping.
About Your
Order:
At time of your order, Pay Pal instantly upon ordering will
send you a conformation letter showing how much you paid and
all the information pertaining to your order. If for any
reason you don't get this conformation letter from PayPal,
that means your order was not completed and your credit card
was not charged and Doctor Mae didn’t receive your order.
Any question just e mail us and we will check the status on
your order. As soon as we ship your order out we will send
you a confirmation e mail that will tell you that day it
went out and the estimated time of arrival to you or your
loved one. We also send out
a packing slip inside your package that will include what
you ordered with the price paid so whoever you send to will
know how much you paid for it. Unless you tell us by e mail
that you do not want the price included in the package slip.
Also if you need to return the item the packing slip is also
your return slip and needs to be returned with said item. If
you have any questions about anything feel free to ask

Security:
The only reason we ask for your phone number and e mail
address is to give it to U.S.P.S or U.P.S. in case they may
run into trouble delivering your package. Doctor Mae may
also have questions on your order and may want to clarify
before the garments are made and or shipped. Doctor Mae
always respects the privacy of each individual and will
never share your personal information with anyone!
Everything else goes through secured PayPal and no one here
at Docmae.com receives your transaction information.
Returns
and Exchanges:
Once you receive your purchase, you have 3 days to contact
Doctor Mae’s Special Needs Clothing and tell us if you need
to exchange or return what item. We can be reached by e mail
anytime of the day everyday. In this e mail please include
the reason for the exchange or return and the transaction ID
number on your packing slip. You have an additional 7 days
to return the said item to us. Please include your ORIGINAL
packing slip with your transaction ID number inside. Without
this we can not process, return, refund, or exchange, and
include the reason why you are returning or exchanging the
said item. If you don’t contact us within the 3 day period
and just send the said item back to us, there will be no
refund or exchange given. If everything is in mint condition
we will be happy to return or exchange the said item minus
the following charges…
A restocking fee of 10 - 25% will be charged for all items
returned or exchanged. And a processing and handling fee of
15%. In all exchanges there will be an additional shipping
charge for any items that need to be shipped back out to
you. We will send you a link through PayPal so you can pay
the new additional shipping charge. Shipping and handling
charges are non-refundable on all returns and exchanges. We
do recommend that you purchase insurance when returning
package(s) because Docmae.com will not be responsible for
any lost or misdirected packages. After the refund has been
made to your card, you will get an immediate slip from
PayPal telling you that the payment has been made to your
card. Pay Pal charges may or may not be refunded. If paid by
cashier's check or money order then a money order will be
issued to you minus the charges. We don't offer returns or
credits on any items that have been discontinued,
international orders, special made, 50% off, plus size
clothing, altered clothing, are in the Custom Re - Design
department and Both summertime and regular jumpsuits.
Also no returns on clothing with snap fasteners.
Cancellation Policy:
If you wish to cancel your order or in part, we need in
writing (an e mail would be fine) stating why you want to
cancel. There will be a cancellation fee of 25% of said
item(s) plus a merchant fee of 15%. If you cancel your order
or in part after the package was already shipped, then it
will be treated as a return. Please read our Returns and
Exchanges policy above. If the package is refused by the
customer then there will be no refund given.
Guarantee:
Here at docmae.com, we are dedicated to bringing you
exceptional quality products and service, and in fact, we
will guarantee your satisfaction up to 10 days after you
receive the product. We inspect each and every item before
leaving Doc Mae's to make sure it is the highest quality
product we can offer! You must notify us within the first 3
days after receiving the product if there is a problem or
need of a return or exchange. We will allow another 7 days
to return the product. Contact us before shipping returns
and or exchanges at

exchange or return and include your transaction ID number on
your packing slip. Please put this reason in writing when
you send such item back along with original packing slip. If
you don’t contact us within the 3 day period and just send

we receive the said item in mint condition, no wear shown,
and within the 3 and 7 day time period. We will issue a
prompt credit or refund minus fees.(Please see Returns and
Exchanges above for explanation of fees). We don't offer
returns or credits on any items that have been discontinued,
international orders, special made, 50% off, plus size
clothing, altered clothing, Both summertime and regular
Jumpsuits or are in the Custom Re - Design department.
International Orders:
International shipping rates will be determined after your
order is placed. We will e mail you with your choice of
amounts and ways that Docmae.com can send your package to
you with a link from Pay Pal that you can pay that
additional amount. You will then receive an e mail from Pay
Pal stating your conformation on the amount you charged on
your card. We will tell you as soon as we ship your order
out and when it is due to arrive. Docmae.com can not tract
it or have any control over the package unless you go with
the Guaranteed EXPRESS which is usually 5 business days. You
will get several cheaper ways to go possibly 1st class,
priority and or Parcel Post. If you go with anything else
then the Guaranteed EXPRESS we can not track the package at
all and docmae.com will not be responsible for any lost or
misdirected packages. If you do go with the cheaper way to
send the package and If you do not receive the package or if
customs ask for an additional amount to deliver the package,
that amount is up to the customer to pay. If customs ask or
wants anything else, Docmae.com accepts no responsibility of
that said package. Docmae.com makes sure that the right
amount of postage is on the package stated by U.S.P.S and is
in no way responsible for custom charges if any. There are
Guarantee shipping and non Guarantee shipping. The Guarantee
shipping rates are higher then non Guarantee rates. The
Guarantee shipping is the Guaranteed EXPRESS. Docmae.com
does not except any responsibility of the non Guaranteed
EXPRESS packages and will not be responsible for
Guaranteed EXPRESS or any other packages after it reaches
customs. Docmae.com does not accept any package back after
it has reached customs as well. Please understand that the
problems so far is at a 1% and has only been to the United
Kingdom due to new charges that their customs is adding,
even so it has happened and I don't want you to be the next.
